Job Description:
As a senior member of the Technical Support Services (TSS) team in Itasca, the primary function of the Senior TSS System Engineer is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the support of the company’s Technical Support, Network Operations Center, and Engineering teams.
This individual will be part of a team of engineers responsible for providing expert third-level technical assistance within the company. Provided support may be complex in nature, require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized technical knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

· Work with other Company engineers and 3rd party vendors to arrive at permanent solutions to network issues.
· Review and approve technical bulletins that document issues and workarounds to them. Write bulletins as necessary.
· Develop tools, as required, in support of the activities of the Technical Support Services organization.
· Assure complete and accurate documentation capturing the symptoms, root cause, and resolution of issues.
· Analyze data from the Network Management System, Trouble Ticket System, and other sources to identify and isolate network impacting issues. Develop and execute action plans to resolve systemic issues
· Actively contribute to the development of effective and efficient support processes. Improve the efficiency of the TSS organization by deploying best support practices throughout the team.
Qualifications:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include support, trouble-shooting hardware, software and network related problems in a 24/7 environment. Acts as a centralized communication and coordination point for global efforts to maintain and respond as necessary to production events.

· RF performance tuning and/or optimization experience a definite plus
· Working knowledge of local area wireless networking architectures, technology, and standards, including 802.11b and 802.11g a plus.

Principle Accountabilities:

Configure, build and deploy applications and patches to these servers
Monitor server resources such as CPU, IO, and Disk to anticipate growth needs

We have been retained to identify the right candidate for a role with an international non-profit. This individual will manage service level agreements for a large outsourced data center and telecom service.
Summary:
The Service Delivery Lead monitors and reports overall service delivery performance and quality for retained and outsourced services; ensures gap and root-cause analyses are conducted; and, manages the operational relationship with the Service Provider.
Responsibilities:
The Service Delivery Lead monitors service performance to ensure that service standards are met on a consistent basis. Facilitates the review and validation of service performance reporting distributed by the service Provider. Ensures the resolution of and/or escalates operational and Service Provider-related issues. Defines and revises service performance reports as needed to enable performance trend analysis and improved business decision-making. Provides service credit information to Commercial Management Lead to aid in invoice verification. Assists with invoice verification with a particular focus on the quantities of services invoiced for the billing period. Coordinates with the Commercial Management Lead and Finance Manager to capture/confirm business-value achievement - including the business case. Assists with periodic (internal and external) audits of retained and outsourced services activities to ensure compliance to policies and procedures; assists with root cause analysis of problem areas. Defines/refines changes to the Services and or Service Levels that require new initiatives, projects and/or contract changes. Facilitates the capacity planning process working with demand forecasts from the business unit and consumption data. Ensures compliance with infrastructure standards.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate, facilitate and direct simultaneous activities. Collaborative problem solver. Root-cause focused. Analytical and quantitative. Sound business judgment. Four year degree in Information Systems or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience. 10-15 years experience, including: 2-5 in service operations management, preferably data center operations; 1-3 years experience with management of our sourcing contracts; formal continuous improvement experience/training (e.g. Six Sigma).
